Oh how the day had dragged on. It was only one in the afternoon and still there had been no entertainment for the day. By now during her several years at Hogwarts, Julietta had gotten used to the idea of someone or somebodies raising hell among the halls of Hogwarts. Whether it be the latest gossip update or even fashion trend. Merlin, even a random prank would be a welcoming sight. But no, today had been nothing short of boring. Even her morning lectures held no excitement for the sixteen year old muggle-raised pureblood Ravenclaw witch. It was times like these where she wished she had her older brothers to keep her occupied. They always had something up their sleeves to make her laugh and smile even when her day was going horribly wrong. Perhaps their new girlfriends would be the same way. Needless to say, the Jules was already looking forward to the holidays. She was finally going to meet her brothers' girlfriends. From what her parents had sent by owl, both Ashleigh and Marrietta were a pair of lovely young ladies. Both of her brothers had even gone as far as to owl her a picture of their gals and from what Jules could see, both were attractive and look like they possessed a wild streak. Just what her two older brothers needed; wild and crazy women.
Making her way out of her Charms lecture, Jules followed her fellow Ravenclaws down to the Great Hall for lunch. She was not in the least bit hungry, but it was better to eat something small rather than nothing at all until dinner. Especially with Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration coming up afterwards. Settling into her general lunch area at Ravenclaw table, she placed a few small helpings of salad, fruit mix, mashed potatoes, and chicken on her plate. Eating slowly, her blue-green eyes looked around the Great Hall at her fellow students. A good majority of them seemed to be lost in their own thoughts with a few reading one of their text books. Looking up and down her own table, most of her fellow Ravenclaws were too preoccupied with their own world. There was really not much talking going on in the Hall. 'Could this day getting any more boring,' she thought as she lifted a small bite of mashed potatoes to her mouth.
Halfway through lunch period, Julietta had heard a shout from across the hall. Looking up from her barely touched plate, she had seen a Slytherin girl covered it what appeared to be mash potatoes with one of her fellow housemates laughing at her. It retaliation, she had picked up a hand of chocolate pudding and flung it at him hitting him dead on before laughing herself with pride. Jules did not know who had yelled 'Food Fight,' but before any one of the Professors could step in, food was flying through the air in the Great Hall hitting everyone; suspected and unsuspected. Laughing as mashed potatoes hit one of her fellow Ravenclaws, Jules ducked immediately as applesauce was thrown her way. Picking up the bottle of salad dressing on her table, she herself joined in the messy, sticky fun by dumping the salad dressing onto an unsuspecting participant of the fight.
